[dropcap]H[/dropcap]ow to make Indian butter chicken? To start with add yoghurt, ground almonds, dry spices, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, and salt as per your preference in a mixing bowl and blend thoroughly.
Drop the chicken into a large mixing bowl and pour yoghurt mixture over it.
Keep the prepared stuffs aside. Mix some butter and oil and melt them together in a frying pan. Now it is time to add the onions and fry the content for about 2 minutes until the onions turn golden brown. Next, drop the chicken mixture and fry for closer to 10 minutes.
Add some coriander and mix it with the yoghurt blend and add it to the chicken fry mix. Let the contents cook until it boils. Now, all that remains to do is to garnish the Indian butter chicken with the remaining chopped coriander. Serve hot!
